After a full day of outdoor adventure or just relaxing by the pool, return to the comfort of your private condominium. Marina Cay offers a variety of accommodations to suit the individual or family.

From cozy suites to spacious 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums, all are equipped with your comfort in mind. Two and three bedroom units feature full kitchens and suites are available with or without a kitchenette.

Deluxe and Premium Rooms

For a special vacation experience, Marina Cay also offers deluxe units. These rooms have been recently remodeled and include updated amenities and furnishings. They are perfect for the discriminating traveller that enjoys fine accommodations.

For those seeking the ultimate in accommodations, ask about our premium units. These condominiums are individually designed and furnished with the V.I.P. in mind. Your reservation specialist will be happy to provide details on available premium units.

Marina Cay Lodging Facilities

The Marina Cay rooms and condominiums are located in 5 different buildings on the property. Each building houses different room types and each has its own unique features and benefits.

Bay Building

The Bay Building is located adjacent to the marina and faces Bigfork Bay. These one and two bedroom condos have a wonderful view of the bay and bayside docks.

Waterfront Building

The Waterfront Building shares the same wonderful view of Bigfork Bay with the Bay Building. Waterfront accommodations are suites with a variety of amenities. The Waterfront Building is also home to the Marina Suites which include individual hot tubs.

Hill West Building

The Hill West Building stands above the Marina Cay overlooking the marina, Bigfork Bay and the rest of the lower propertry. All Hill West units are two bedroom condominiums.

Hill East Building

The Hill East Building stands next to the Hill West Building and shares the same view of Bigfork Bay and the marina. The Hill East Building houses two and three bedroom condominiums, the largest units at the Marina Cay.

Courtyard Building

The Courtyard Building is at the top of the Marina Cay property. These cozy suites are the most economical accommodations at the Marina Cay and perfect for the vacationing couple or group lodging. The Courtyard Building features its own outdoor hot tub gazebo, the only one of its kind on the property.

Marina Cay Resort has much to offer beyond the natural beauty and adventure of northwest Montana. The comfort of well equipped condominiums, the Launch dining room and lounge, a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tubs as well as a full service marina with boat, watercraft rentals, and gasoline services. Our friendly staff and management are committed to making your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

A short walk from the resort is the village of Bigfork. The community celebrates every season with such special events as the White Water Festival, Summer Stock theater, the Festival of Arts and yuletide sleigh rides. Bigfork boasts an array of famed art galleries, charming boutiques and award winning restaurants with a tremendous variety of culinary delights. A wide range of food and beverage choices are sure to please the whole family during the warm months of late spring and summer. The poolside Tiki Bar offers tasty snacks, festive drinks and live music during the evening hours. For year round entertainment options, our Piano Lounge offers a relaxing mood of live music, refreshing spirits, fine cigars, and friendly folks. Champs Sports Pub & Grill serves daily lunches & dinners in a casual style from late spring until mid September. The Launch is our Casual Dining Restaurant that is open year round and offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, it caters to the family, is pocket book friendly and well known for the Children’s Dirt Dessert!
